How do I reset my Log In PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN or are unable to enter this information, please contact us so we can help you with the process.

 

You can reset your Log in PIN by following the steps below. NOTE: In order to reset your PIN, you will need to enter your current PIN and answer your security question. 

For Mobile:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Under “Device” section, tap “Change Log In PIN”
  4. Enter your current PIN
  5. Enter your new PIN and Re-enter your new PIN
  6. Enter the answer to your security question and tap “Confirm”

For Web: 

  1. After logging in to your account, click on menu (avatar) in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Click on “Profile & Settings” 
  3. Under “Device” section, click on “Change Login Pin”
  4. Enter your current PIN
  5. Enter your new PIN, Re-enter your new PIN and click on “Submit”
  6. Enter the answer to your security question and click on “Submit”
