How do I order a new Acorns debit card? (Replacement / Reissue)

If you are requesting a new Acorns debit card because your current card is LostStolenDamaged, or if you’ve experienced a delivery issue, you can do so right from your Acorns app by taking the steps below.

 

If you need to request a new card for a reason that is not mentioned above, please contact our Acorns Support team and we will be happy to provide additional assistance!

 

For Mobile:

  1. Log in to your Acorns mobile app

  2. Tap "Bank smarter"

  3. Tap the Settings Gear in the top right-hand corner

  4. Select “Replace card”

 

Web:

  1. Ensure you are on a Google Chrome browser and log onto Acorns.com

  2. Click on "Bank smarter"

  3. Click on the Settings Gear in the top right-hand corner

  4. Select “Replace card”

 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your card to be delivered. You will receive an email notification when your card ships!
