Why is my app crashing?

If you are experiencing issues logging in to your Acorns Account, please verify the following:

  1. You are using the correct email address to log in
  2. You are using the latest versions of our iOS or Android apps by checking the App Store and Google Play Store
  3. There is no VPN active on your mobile device

If you are still having difficulty accessing your Acorns Account, you may try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or you may contact us.
